The 2024 Gala
The 76th Cockenzie and Port Seton Children's Gala was held on Saturday 1 June, a glorious sunny day.
The Gala King and Queen were crowned by Shona Brash who is well known in the community and took part in the gala as a child. For the third year running, the fishing boats were unable to take part in the gala due to what appear to be onerous conditions imposed by the Maritime and Coastguard Agency.
The East Lothian Courier published a news item and a gallery of photographs on their website the following day.
Some photos from the 2024 Gala can be seen in a Flickr Album here.
